10-24-02 Rocks. Especially when he starts on the chorus.

I fuckin love it, I've been working on a cool transition between the verse/chorus, but I haven't perfected it yet.

i gotta say drive in drive out...at first i felt the riff was boring and that, compared to other dave songs, it was too...and i felt that that first part where leroi takes over, i felt that part didnt make any sense by tempo or by the notes...but i like the song quite a bit now

There's a couple.

-The full band version of OSW on RTT sucks in my opinion, but the version I have from the gorge 2003 chokes me up everytime I hear it.

-I hated raven the first time I heard it on BS, but when I heard the lillywhite version I liked it a lot better.

-Stay definitely grew on me. I used to think it was just a mere decent song, but I have come to realize that it is THE song that typifies the maximum amount of energy and grooviness that can flow from the stage to the crowd at live shows. Particularly these days with the high powered scatting that brings it to a conclusion.

Makes you wanna STAYAYAYAYAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

Did he play it solo? If so, can I get a copy somehow please?? I would love that. American Baby has grown on me. I used to not like #41 and the Stone, they grew on me. I also have lots of songs that I used to listen to a ton but don't anymore. True Reflections from Listener Supported. Crush grew on me a whole bunch as well. By the way, Fool to Think is an incredible song, one of my favorites, I wish they would play it more.

For us living any other ways was nuts. with all the goodie-goodies working shitty jobs for bum pay checks, took the subway work and worried about their bills were dead. they were suckers, they had no balls. if we wanted something we just took it, and if anybody complained twice they got hit so hard believe me they never complained again

Well, a couple of years I saw DMB and thought for sure I heard an unreleased song. Then afterwards I was talking to a buddy and he was like, "Dude, that song is on BTCS." I had to dig that CD up and give it a listen. Sure enough, it was on there. That song was Pig. I don't know, I never really gave it a listen until I saw it live.

Strange, in the first few listens of BS, i thought Raven was the stand out best song (still love it), and I still dont like the LWS raven.

I also thought Stay was a mediocre song but no its a big stand out for me. Great summer-like song.

I think its the nature of DMB that the songs need to grow on you. An aquired taste. But once you get it, youll love it.

You can't knock Digging a Ditch D+T(3.14.99), fucking awesome. Much better than the full band anyday with that song.
