just get a feed back buster, its what i use, and it works like a charm

ok, i knew i could get feedback, i think i meant why. if theres no problem with a mic recieving the same sound it was producing, how does peizo create feedback?

Because depending on the quality of the pickup it can pickup things other than your guitar sound. Some high quality built in guitar pick ups only pick up sound from the guitar but others can get wind or sounds from other instruments. Also depending on where the speakers or amps are set up.

If the speakers or amps are behind a mic or a crappy pickup it could go into the pickup going out into the speakers and do that many times until you get this terrible sound out of the speakers, also known as feedback.
