Real vintage twin reverbs are delicious. Had the chance to play one and I loved it.

I have a blackface Fender Vibrolux clone that is amazing. Sort of like a 2x10 version of the Super Reverb. All PTP, great transformers and no-nonsense design. I'll put it up against anybody's Line 6 for a live show anytime. Tube amps cut through the mix and you can't beat natural power amp overdrive. I can get the fattest tone by just plugging in my Les Paul and cranking it to 11 :)

I tried those Line 6 spider's out at GC. I think they sound like trash. There wasn't anything warm about them, just sounded like fake noise. I look at those amps and all I see is a Jr. High wannabe punk band playing through them.

i dont like Line 6 stuff... sometimes theyre alright, but i want an amp, not an amp that tries to sound like other stuff. not to mention they just wont cut through anything... no projection.

however id still take one over a fender.
