Here are the exact gauges that Dave uses for raised B tuning. From low to high: .039 .029 .018 .014 .010 .016, then tune these strings to (low to high) B E A D F# B hope this helps.

It is a little different than just putting a set of extra light strings and getting rid of the low E and adding another b.
