When: Another Original

Unread post by SomeDevil0879 » Mon Nov 24, 2003 1:53 pm

Here's another original of mine for those of you who were interested. Again, the sound quality is not great and I apologize for that. I'm working on getting better sound quality.

guitar playing was good...simple but good.

u have a good voice, and good lyrics

now that i listen more...you have a very good voice.

add some more tracks, cuz it sounds really good. unless u wanna go with the one guitar, one voice, one track sound which is still very good. :P

keep up the good work
if i were giving advice to someone on how to fly.....

id probably say throw yourself at the ground..and miss.

Actually, the song was pretty good. I couldn't pick out the chords that you were using, but it seemed as if they fell in the G major scale. You do have a tremendous voice. The lyrics threw me off at first, but then once I listened to more of it, the song was better. Well done

peace
I love you oh so well, like a kid loves candy and fresh snow.

actually reminds me of a tracy chapman song... really neat correlation =) :43 - "enjoy the..." fuckin great vocal

i REALLY like your voice here. the guitar part is kinda boring -- reminiscent of howie day (1:04 is the weakest part i think) or some folk singer. the change in style at 1:03 or so through 1:35 (htough i really like "things in which i dont believe) feels tacked on and not with the song... listen to it yourself with a critical ear... because the verses are fuckin brilliantly sung (2:03 "i dont know... i look to the past" I LOVE that). 2:18 again goes into that weird thing, it's like your vocals dont want to sing with it... maybe that's a sign? :)

im jsut being silly, i really really love the verses, and i love the words and i love the words of the chorus, just dont care for the guitar work... play with inventing new ways to play the "basic" chords im hearing... you could profit from some guitar embellishment.

great stuff!!!!!!
