Yeah, the best feeling in the world for me is:
1 finally getting a song after a lot of practice and frusteration
2 Getting a song once you first look at it
3 I love it when a girl............wait, just kidding HA

I hate myself :(

You should you sick excuse for a human being!! haha. just joshing...

but anyways! yea me too man. me and this dave music clicked very quickly. I think Dave, Kanter, and the rest of these boards literally taught me how to play guitar. with help from my insane amount of practice haha.

Congrats! now move on to the verse of billies!

Yeah, the billies verse is tricky. Strange, the click thing has never happened with me. Hard songs like SMTS and billiees I am able to play well, but only after weeks of ruthless practicing.

Yeah, as a drummer, your taght to play with a click and perfect songs basiclly at half speed before moving on. It takes longer to learn songs, but when you get them at full speed, you sound like a pro( I hope anyway)

I hate playing songs at half speed and ten speeding up. The stone, SMTS, and R&R were the only songs that were so hard I was forced to do that.

if you are learning a song that you can pick up immediately, then you need to pick a harder song. it means its too easy for you

Even on easy songs I slowed down. Maybe not to the same extent as say Tripping Billies and the stone, but I still wanted to perfect them. Thats just what I do, everyong needs to do there own thang.

Hey, I've been a ghost here for a while and decided to finally speak up. The other night I experienced the mysterious "click" with "Neon." At about 1 am I picked up my guitar, dropped the low E to C, and busted it out like never before. Nothing's more efficient than getting better without practice.
