Hey guys,
i currently own a takamine eg540sc and a martin DM, which i'm in the process of selling and i'm in the market for a nice dreadnaught cutaway: i liked a takamine and a couple of Ibanez guitars that I saw
Takamine EG530CRS:
http://www.takamine.com/?fa=detail&mid=748&sid=69
Ibanez AW200CEVV:
http://www.ibanez.com/guitars/guitar.as ... =AW200CEVV
Ibanez AW120CERDV:
http://www.ibanez.com/guitars/guitar.as ... AW120CERDV
The Ibanez's are prettier, but I really don't know much about them, whereas I love the built in tuner on the Tak. I do already have a guitar in the takamine G-series though, so maybe i should mix it up... arghhh! what do you guys think? do you know of any other good options (preferably along the same price/style/guitar color lines - so like around 500 bucks/dreadnaught cutaway acoustic electric/brownish, reddish in color)? Please help me out

much appreciated

i don't know much about ibanez either. but the 200 specs say's its got great pickups. i have a takamine fp six string and a g series 12. i'm not a huge fan of their g series in general the 12 is good but as far ts their six's not my fav. i'd go with the 200, especially to spice up your collection a little

Two words - Taka Mine. I haven't personally played that model, but every Tak I have played is good. Takamine.

A Martin DM or DX series are great options...
Have you considered the Taylor Big Baby or the 100 series guitar? The 100 series is highly affordable, and you can order it with a pickup system as well...I'm fairly confident you can't get a cutaway with it though...
Another model a friend of mine owns is a Takamine 334sc Its a good guitar has a cutaway and decent electronics in it...so that's another option as well...

because for that much, my Tak sounded better than the Martins I played for that range. The $2000+ Martins and Taylors are the only ones worth buying IMO.
