On Mxtabs theres a version of "Cats in the Cradle and the Silver Spoon" under Guns'n Roses thats 1/2 step down. Awsome track.. Im not sure who actually sings it, but its good to play.

If you like weezer, pretty much all of their stuff is a half step down. I would try and go with their stuff from the blue album or pinkerton, most of those songs sound pretty good on acoustics.
