Did anybody else ever pay a rediculous amount of money for a front row ticket? $345 Front row (Va Beach).

Although I am a warehouse member I missed the deadline for ordering & I didn't feel like playing the ticketmaster game anymore. So I decided awhile ago that when I actually make some real money I would spring for the best tickets possible. Well, thats what I did!

You only go around once so you might as well make it fun.

Whats the most anybody has ever paid for a ticket?????????

yes, how?

i've paid $205
i would pay 345 for a front row, but i normally go with someone, and no one i know would want to pay that much to sit up there with me. and i wouln't ditch my friend. so the closest i've ever been is 10 rows back.

The broker I went through webtickets.com buys them upfront in blocks as the warehouse does & then releases them when they go on sale to the public. The only difference is Webtickets.com tells you where you are sitting rather thasn waiting 5 weeks.

I figure it would be cheaper to buy them now cause when they do become available the brokers usually up the price quite a bit.

I don't care if I sit with anybody I know (I've sat next to friends for the past 30 shows I've been to; Trying something different)....Plus its a chance to meet new people.

wow...for a single ticket? I might consider that for a pair...but front row will be awesome.

I started going to shows back in 95' and will continue as long as they do.
I try to make at least 2 shows a year but this year I think this will be my only show. Last year I saw D & T (Norfolk), DMB (Va Beach), & Dave & Friends (Penn State).

Congrats on getting front row! Thats alot of $$, but 2 years from now you won't even remember parting with it.....but you will remember the show (hopefully).

I got Warehouse tickets for that show, but don't know the location yet. I'm thinking about trying to get some through TM as well this Saturday.

That is how I look at it. The ticket really didn't hurt me financially but Im sure I will remember the experience for a long time.

Warehouse has fucked me with bad seat locations for the past 3 years.
For the James Brown show (MSG 02') I was in the nose bleed section, VA Beach (02' & 03' Almost last seat under pavillion) & D & F (nosebleeds in the back)

Hey TaylorDB....Do go out at the beach? I usually ay at the oceanfront in the summer at "Live". You should come on down.

I don't even know why I renewed my membership :(

I got Warehouse tickets to VA Beach in 2002. They gave me 5th row center stage. Best concert of my life. After the Gorge, VA Beach is my second favorite place to see a show.

Warehouse fucks me at the gorge constantly. But I don't know about $300+ for a ticket. :)

Va Beach is fun because its the closest venue to Charlottesville.
They always Jam out and typically have an awesome setlist.
Same for -->N.E.R.D They are from the Beach which should be interesting
