Tab Request: Restraint - Keller Williams

Hi folks,

Was just wondering if anyone could help me out trying to learn how to play Restraint by Keller Williams. I've been searching on Google for years trying to find some help but can't seem to find anything on it.

I believe it is in standard tuning from watching him play it (there's one clip on youtube of him playing it), but I haven't a clue how to work out the fast hammer-on bits he does. He makes it look so ridiculously easy! He doesn't appear to be moving his fingers much while playing these fast sections and that kinda makes it even harder to work out what he's doing!
