12/17/03 - How do i play it?
Hey guys,
I just downloaded the 9 gig 12/17/03 taping, and I'm wondering how to play it - the file formats are all weird. Do I need to burn it to DVD, or is there some other way i can convert it? Thanks for the help!

It is in DVD format yes , and you could burn it on a DVD-R / DVD+R disc if you have a DVD burner , or you can play it back on your harddrive using a program such as PowerDVD

No Audio ? Now thats wierd , are your speakers turned on ? Is the volume turned up ? In PowerDVD , there is a + and - for AUDIO , try pressing the + and see if it says VOLUME 100%

In the directory folder for the show, do you have 2 subdirectories (folders)? Should have the folders named VIDEO_TS and AUDIO _TS.......the AUDIO_TS folder should have nothing in it, but the folder needs to be there. If you don't have that folder, create it and then try to play it.
It is case sensitive, so make sure the folder name is in all caps.
Don't know if that will make it work or not, but it is worth a try.
