I just got my DVD too. Man this is so cool. He has some funny Davespeak. He completely messes up the second chorus of #41, but he saves himself pretty well.
I am surprised as to how close to the bridge he strums, I'm gonna have to rethink my playing style of his songs. I haven't watched the whole thing yet, though, but I am right now. This show makes me want a Taylor even more. I guess I am back to square one on the Martin / Taylor debate...

I can't believe that we would lie in our graves wondering if we had spent our living days well, and I can't believe that we would lie in our graves dreaming of things that we might have been...

Same here billy. I originally was looking for a Taylor, then I went on to Martin, and now I am thinking about looking at a Taylor again. This can get so, so annoying. It really makes me nervous that I switch my tastes back and forth so much that I am not sure if I'll ever be satisfied with what I end up getting.billywestom wrote:I just got my DVD too. Actually, I've owned 4 Taylors, 3 of which I have sold. I can't make up my mind. I know I have a problem. I still have the 810-B. Once I sell that one I'll order a new W65. Hopefully Taylor still has some grafted walnut left over. Then I'll settle down with the DM3MD and the W65. Although, I really miss my 814 Limited I sold a few months ago. It has a 3 piece cocobolo back with quilted maple binding. It was so sweet.

I'm such a bastard.

Im so pissed, I just got a b&p package back in the mail today, thought it was my 10/24/02 dvd, but it was this 9/19/93 SVCD I sent out for at the same time as the Benaroya show. I completely forgot about it because Ive been dying for the Benaroya show, so when I opened it I was heartbroken, I hope that dvd comes in tomorrow, Im gettin very anxious.
