OK i REALLY want to see the .torrent files of DMB...but i dont know how to play them. I save them to a file and open them but my comp says that it needs to find the program that created it. But it cant. So if anyone could help me and walk me through the process of playing a .torrent file (cuz im not too smart when it comes to computers) then i would love you forever?

First we need to find out what kind of files you downloaded. Could you be a little more specific as to what you have? Then maybe we can help you.
Peace

When you say it takes days upon days to covert the files....are you meaning it takes days upon days to get the files, or it takes days upon days to convert the files after you have gotten them?
And again, I will ask what kind of files are you getting via bit torrent....audio or video.

I'm assuming that you already have a Bit Torrent program already installed, such as Bit Tornado....if not, do a google search on Bit Tornado and download and install that. Once that is done, here is what you do:
1. To start the torrent, go to the torrent and "right click and save as" to save the torrent to somewhere on your computer.
2. Then go to the file you saved and double click on it.
3. When it comes up you will need to select a location on your hard drive where the files will be downloaded to....then hit OK.
4. The show should be downloading now.
5. if you ever get interupted because your computer locks up or whatever, just go back to the original torrent file you saved to your computer and double click on it again....it should start up (it may start up immediately or it may say "checking existing files" 1st....then it should kick in).
6. After the show completes the download, remember to keep it open until you have a share rating of at least 1.0 or more.
Thats all there is to it. If this did not answer your question, post here again as to what you need help with. After you do it sucessfully once, it will be easy from then on.
Peace

A shn file is just an audio file. There is no video associated with it in any way shape or form. The file sizes are so large on these shn files because they are loseless quality unlike an mp3 file.
