DVD help
I recently downloaded the storytellers dvd from bittorrent, and the folder contained MD5 file, some VOB files, and other miscellanoius files. If someone can be kind enough to tell me what to do from here, that would be appreciated. I dont have a DVD burner, will that be a problem?
Well, you need a DVD burner to start with if you want to get that massive 4 gb folder off your HD. However, you can still enjoy the DVD without a burner.
First off, Are all of your VOB, IFO, BUP files in one folder?
Secondly, is that folder called "VIDEO_TS"?
If no to both questions, here is what you need to do.
I would delete the mds checksum files so only the video files are located in your folder. Then rename folder to "VIDEO_TS" (exactly how it is spelled).
Get a DVD viewer, WINDVD or PowerDVD are the major ones. Right Click, Open from Folder, navigate to your VIDEO_TS folder and hit Open. The video should play.
Im sure more people will give you better instructions but that is my quieck 2 minute explaination.
