See, That's awesome. I only get about 90 TOPS. Never constant..

Before I switched connections ( My old connection was terribly unstable.. ping was always terrible, Couldn't hardly play any online games. ) Back then I'd get 150-200 download, 150-200 upload on torrents.

Now, I don't. But my ping is fixed. My ports are forwarded, I'm pretty sure it's my isp.
