Wanted: VH1 Storytellers

Hey there,
I'm a huge Dave fan and have been trying like crazy to find a copy of the Storytellers performance on DVD, or any acoustic show on DVD actually. I caught the Dave and Tim Tour when I went to the UofArizona and have been a big fan ever since. If anyone out there can burn a copy of it for me I can paypal you for the dvds and the shipping. I am looking for any good acoustic Dave and Tim shows as well as the Storytellers show specifically. Shoot me an email by clicking the link below if you can help. Thanks in advance, this board is a lot of fun to read and the tabs and videos are excellent!

PS: I got 10th row tix to see Dave when he comes to KC, I can't wait!

most of the trading we do here for newbs is 'b+p' style

that means, blanks and postage...you send us the correct number of disks needed to burn the show you want and an addressed, posted package to send it back in...then we burn it for you

these dvds are not for sale, if anyone tries to sell you one, you should report it immediately and people can take care of that...these are non-profit, made for the fans, dvds

i would be more than happy to do a b+p for you for storytellers

It's not that hard to go down to your local Best Buy and pick up a box of 10 Fujis and send those balnks to someone with some postage... That way, even if your intent was not to purchase the dvds, you don't even border taking part in "boot legging".

I'd be happy to send you a bunch of D&T acoustic shows.. Simply let me know when you have some blanks & Postage and shoot me an email

OK, I just thought the paypal way would be easier, but I can certainly go buy some balnks and ship them off. It's cool that people will do that for free. Once I get a few shows I'll have to return the favor to someone else. I'll run to Bestbuy and buy some blanks today after work. So the Fujis are the ones to get?

PS, is it better to the the Minus R's or the Plus R's or does it matter?

I only Burn +Rs.. And yes, my personal preferance is Fuji DVD+R, though TDK are also good.

I just bought a 25 pack of DVD +R's and a DVD burner at Best Buy so I'm ready to jump into this B+P stuff. I'm getting some great vids from fret, but he didnt have the storytellers. Anyone else out there that can burn +R's willing to do a B+P for me? Anyone else with any D+T or solo Dave Acoustic shows? Once I get a few I'll B+P some to payback 'the community' :)

Shawn, since you have a burner...I'll B&P Storytellers, Dave solo 10-24-02, D&T 5-5-03 and D&T 3-28-03 for you....but you've got to spread the love by offering each show to at least 2 people on these boards 8) .

If your game for that, post here.

hate to tell u this man, but im in filmmakin (never guess by the name) and DVD+R either 1 or 2 things 1 his, or ur burner wont take them, most take DVD-R or if hes got one that does both like mine, DVD+R wont work on ur player, like i think 80% work with -R and only 20% work with +R.
