Help Seeding with UTorrent

Okay, so I want to use uTorrent to seed some shows that I downloaded with another torrent program (I used bittornado). I can't seem to figure out how to do this - I click the link to dl, open the program in uTorrent, click the folder i want the program to recognize/read the dl'd files (the one with all the dl'd files of that SAME torrent) and then all it does is download to that folder again. Help, anyone?

I'm not really sure what you are wanting to do.

Are you trying to seed/upload the show you just downloaded on another Torrent site?

Are you just trying to just convert and use uTorrent rather than the other software? If this is the case, when you load the torrent file up, I think you can click in the dialog box that it is already a completed torrent.
