oh man, im watching the real time setlist today at about 11:45, and this has to be one of the best setlists that i have EVER, and i mean EVER seen Dave do, i cant believe this, if i knew he was going to play all this stuff, I would have bought planetickets and the best damn seats ever at a dave concert, check out this list!!!!! (as of 11:50 on July 30th)

damn. I mean damn. i dont think a setlist has ever been that good before. if any of you are at this, when u get back, u must tell us if the concert is really as good as it looks

STDH I agree with you on, but why does everybody dislike crash all of a sudden? Recently lots of people have gotten tired of it. I think its one of Dave's trademark songs. Up there with Ants, Jimi, Tripping, and Crush

its not all of the sudden, i've never liked crash into me... everyone thinks its some sweet love song... but its reallyh actually quite creepy... its just crash. done. *makes bowing out motion used in blackjack*

Ok, you guys cannot tell me that just because of a few songs, this is not one of the best setlists hes ever done. My friend and I are going to write a letter of protest saying that he's too damn good, we (as hard-core dave fans) should have seen this concert, and that he should inform us before the concert whenever hes going to play a setlist this damn good

and ps:
Strong show in Marysville tonight. Band and crew are all in great spirits heading into the next couple shows in San Francisco. See y'all there on Friday.

take out Crash Into Me though

the problem with it is (even though it is awesome song) tht it has been marked by all the teenie boppers who could care less about the music...then it got overplayed...and overplayed...and overplayed again...all of that coupled to lessen the impact when I listen to it...

I stopped liking Crash a while ago. The rest of the setlist is very good. A ton of old material and one of my favorite songs "the best of what's around" and basically the first 6 songs. Drop Sleep to Dream Her as well, and you would have one of the best sets in a long time.

Dave said himself that Crash is about the guy looking through the window that the girl calls the police on, that is pretty creepy. The fact that Dave's lyrics craft it into a love song is just amazing.
