Gravedigger sounds great I think...I love the strings coming in towards the end.
I can't believe that we would lie in our graves wondering if we had spent our living days well, and I can't believe that we would lie in our graves dreaming of things that we might have been...

Frankly, I like all that stuff.

Gravedigger took a few listens to grow on me, but the rest I'm liking the first time through.

I think they sound great. Different, but that's what we all were expecting right?

gravedigger is terrible, the song got old before but this is just terrible...

so damn lucky...hmmm, this seems like a pretty tight song...definitely different but pretty good different...

save me...eh...big huge eh...hmmm...chorus is kicking in...hmmm...uhhh, no dave, nothing can save you from this one...this just is not working for you...

wow...I thought this album would be more of a folky type of thing, but uhh, this certainly is not...you'd think he'd learn by now that electric guitar really is not a strong point for him...his entire style of playing contradicts it...electric guitar is a finesse instrument and he's just not a finessful player...never has been so I don't know what he's trying to do with this...I'm really scared to hear what they did with stay or leave now...really scared...this is not the solo direction I was hoping dave would go...

I've been unimpressed with all four of the tracks I've heard so far. They're just kinda "blah." I too had totally expected some devil to be a very folky album, but its turning out to be another ill-advised venture into the realm of the electric. Maybe theyll grow on me with a few more listens, but as of right now, :?

oh, yeah, forgot about litho blitho, that song is ungodly...so bad...and so damn lucky, after listening to it a bit more, I actually kinda don't like it so much...it's just, strange, not in a good way...
