Favorite Album To Sing/Play To?

Unread post by Lying In My Grave » Fri Jul 25, 2003 12:50 pm

(couldn't find it in the search)
Whats your favorite album to sing and/or play to all the way through?
my favorite to play to is UTTAD, but my favorite to sing with is BTCS.
...and we're all thirsty
like drunks on Sunday
brooding like the blades of a fan on low speed
or a writer with only one good line.

Crash for sure.....
I can't believe that we would lie in our graves wondering if we had spent our living days well, and I can't believe that we would lie in our graves dreaming of things that we might have been...

I mostly like downloading live shows and playing through those, so I don't get bored. But if I had to choose an album it would have to be Steely Dan: Royal Scam. Givin that I don't know all the songs, but the ones I do know I play all the time.

Aja is a masterpiece. And it probably ties with Royal Scam for my favorite S D album. Countdown to Ecstacy is also very good.

L@LC. I've even memorized all the intersong dialogue. "That'd be like sing and sing and then not sing it for a little while and then sing it again"
Abbey Road by the Beatles. Although it sounds a little odd when I am pitifully trying to free-form during the end with the beatles in the background. LOL
Simon and Garfunkle live in NY. Its really great to do a neighboorhood concert, especially when 500,000 people attend.
Except for some of the piano based tracks, Cat Stevens greatest hits gets the hare krishna going.

Forget about the notion that our emotions can be swept away, kept at bay
Forget about being guilty, we are innocent instead
