Who do you think is lyrically better. Ik everyone thinks john is better stylistically concerning guitar, but dave still comes up with amazingly flowing riffs. (john mayer)

dave's lyrics have more depth/color, no questions asked. i'm not a mayer fan, but it's no mystery he can get nasty with his guitar.

whats IBTL mean. yeah i love daves lyrics. they are beautiful, but i was listening to love song for no one. and i realized that john wasnt an amatuer lyricist like i thought

ibtl means in before the lock. he wrote it because there 1,000 threads comparing john to dave. and if you taken 5 seconds to search, you would have seen all 1,000 of them.
