Dave and Trey go to Africa
Are there any videos of Dave and Trey in Africa. It was a VH1 special and remember seeing parts of it. One part was were Dave and Trey play So Damn Lucky with Baobab.
One good thing about music. Once it hits, you feel no pain.

I try to invite whoever posts in that thread, and I'm not acting like a mod, I just know that some people get really worked up about dmbontv posts in other threads.bassman462 wrote:actually it doesn't matter if he posts it in her, since it has to do with this topic.brian_ok wrote:And since I know what your next post will be, please post it here

and I have noticed in other posts that you've tried to act like a mod, like showing tictacs the random pictures thread.

Thanks bassman for inviting me to the site.
Dave going to Africa was very interesting. I love when they talked about how they were able to play music regardless how different there cultures are. Must of been a great experience for both of them.

Gervais on Rosa Parks "she was arrested but then that law was changed- but she didnt stop there, she started sitting in the seats saved for disabled people. unbelavable, she talked to the driver when the bus was in motion- did she have the correct change ready? - did she bollox!"
re:
I can't begin to explain how lame Mr. bassman sounds with his complaints targeting someone just trying to help out someone on a free discussion board. You are officially the Nazi Moderator, congrats.
Anyways, I watched the Trey/Dave video last night and enjoyed it. Some comments/questions:
1.) Dave and Trey looked overmatched musically by that group, which is no small task
2.) I would like to know what was the "Love Song" that Dave wanted to play with group.
3.) Trey is a dork but a sick ass guitarist and what appears to be a nice guy
4.) Dave was drinking and smoking butts constantly
5.) I would have liked them to jam something different then So Dam Lucky, but I still enjoyed the tune.
6.) Dave never played guitar with the band
7) At the Fenway show Dave went on a rambling incoherent jam that really reminded me of some of the music from this production
8) This special seemed to show Senegal as this peaceful, happy and great place and it is not. I thought it was a bit bias.
9) The expression on the groups faces during the So Dam Lucky and Bouncing Round tunes seem to say "wow these guys are not that good, but we are too polite to tell them". They almost seemed bored with theose songs.
