so long as it isnt the actuall release copy its ok, if its a fan tape from the show its ok.

correct, the actual re-mastered soundboard release is not allowed to be traded, but some dude's mic'd recording is fine.

Do you have a source for this?  Their taping policy on their website does not say that.
