Hmm, O.A.R. isn't one of my favorites. I've seen them a bunch of times because their shows are pretty fun, but I don't think I will ever see them again. Just wayyyy too many high school kids at their shows that fucking crowd surf! Crowd surfing at an O.A.R. show! WTF

Idiots at my school did it when Howie Day came and played a free show, I got hit in the head by a thrown shoe as well.

o ya dmbfan, u misquoted dave in your sig. its "good music is good music, and everything else can go to hell"

he uses it in trey and dave go to africa, because they start colaberating with a local rap group, and say how in the states theres so much comparison and which style of music is better, then he says that quote.

I liked O.A.R. for a while, then I saw them live like a year and a half ago. Their "Any Time Now" was good, but this show was abysmal. They were assholes to the crowd, the crowd were assholes to one another. They played like shit, weren't even together.

But, I met Matt Nathanson for the first time. That's a good performer right there.

yeah i agree..i love their earlier stuff though..the "anytime now" live double disc album is really cool. i was obsessed with it for a while. i saw them in may of my junior year and it was a good show..but that was three years ago. their stuff now is so god damn poppy. somehow i knew that was going to happen.

yeah exactly, I think the first time I saw them was 2000 or 2001, and they weren't bad...but my brother bought their new album and we listened to it in his car...its just absolute shit. TOTAL pop album, it makes me sick. Any Time Now is a great live album though...especially since the picture on the back cover is from the show I went to! :D
