daves writing process
I am doing a project for school involving daves writing style as opposed to his music. I am having a hard time finding anything out there that says what exactly daves writing process is, are there any interviews or anything you guys know of that would be able to help me out with this?

...........then on the otherhand he was talking about dreamgirl.....solid but not his best lyrics.
i think i heard him say that he wrote dreaming tree as a poem when he was younger.....but im unsure where i read it......maby an artical, maby in a forum

He still does it that way sometimes. Examples: Sugar Will, Hello Again, Joyride, Crazy Easy.Nitro1515 wrote:Thats the way he used to do it.Trippin Hillbilly wrote:Music first. Now he goes into the studio, plays three or four notes on his guitar at random and out of the blue batson jumps up, runs over to him, and, figuring that those few notes might make a nice backing loop for a hip-hop song, has the band write a whole song around them.
Forget about the reasons and the treasons we are seeking
Forget about the notion that our emotions can be swept away, kept at bay
Forget about being guilty, we are innocent instead
For soon we will all find our lives swept away
