How To Order Tickets (please help!)

ok, maybe should be in the DMB Tour forum but this is important to me and I wanted everyone to read it.

How do you guys order tickets? by phone or online...the air canada centre sells through ticketmaster...should I do it on the phone or online from there?

Either way you're probably going to get fucked. Have a few browsers open, and call as well.

Good thing I was rolling with 4 browsers and trying to call them as well...because I got 2 tickets. :)

I just had a really shitty TicketBastard experience yesterday:

BNL tickets went on Presale for a Chicago show. I waited at my computer from 9:55 am on to past 10 am, constantly refreshing my browser. 10:00 comes, no sale yet, 10:01, 10:02, 10:03...you get the idea. Then finally, the page refreshes and the tickets are up. I jump. I snag Row J (10th row) - Center. Sweet! I go to confirm and pay...BAM!!! "INTERNAL SERVER ERROR. Please click below to return to event page" I click...it takes me back to the f'n Home page!!! :x :x :x

Not to be defeated, I try again...no tickets available in "Best Available" WTF??? I try again, and again. Same story. I'm giving up, but before I do, I selected Balcony. I get Balcony 1, Row A, Center. Thank God. I was seconds away from going postal.

Moral of the story...TM will fuck you.

Well it wouldn't give me floors, so I'm in 104 (kinda far back, but almost right on centre). I'm happy that I got lower bowl though.

I ordered my tickets for the toronto show through the warehouse. when i ordered them for the gorge i got my seat location almost immediatley after the request was confirmed... any idea how long it might take for me to get my seat locations for this show? the request was confirmed on tuesday i think?

the confirmation email had the information on when seat locations would be posted in it.

wow..i had the exact same thing happen to me

was all ready to go, woke up super early for a saturday morning, and got totally screwed by TM/my computer. best available was section 308

i lucked out though, cause it ended up that these chicks i knew went and friggin staked out a position in line at the kohl center for tickets at like 4 in the morning, and they bought a bunch of extras. scored 2 tix, section 104 for $60 a piece
