Ohhh great light
of loooooove
Ohh greeeeeeat light
of LOVE!

I love this song. Such a sweet groove. I know the better half of you hate it, but I love roi and stefan's playing in the bridge. That alone makes the song worth listening to.

The whole song seems out of place with dave, and the lyrics, however sexual they are, are lame IMO. Compared to the other songs on the album, it just sounds so dissonnant and pointless. As far as the tracklist goes, I would have made Lousiana Bayou the last song and switched it with hunger.
Forget about the reasons and the treasons we are seeking
Forget about the notion that our emotions can be swept away, kept at bay
Forget about being guilty, we are innocent instead
For soon we will all find our lives swept away

i love this song, it was great at randells island and is a good song lyricaly and in the groove.
i think the opening great light of love bit is a joke intended to build a shock a bit when the hard guitar breaks in. ... some people hate it but , thinking back
.......when they were showing clips on that "newstudioalbum" website and it showed stefan playing the electric everyone was saying how bad they thought it was, i recon a lot of people judged the song on that riff he played before they truly listened to the song.............oh yeah and lerio makes that chours, so simple but great..............
,...anyone else feel it kind of resembles the kinks "all day and all of the night"
Gervais on Rosa Parks "she was arrested but then that law was changed- but she didnt stop there, she started sitting in the seats saved for disabled people. unbelavable, she talked to the driver when the bus was in motion- did she have the correct change ready? - did she bollox!"

I liked the song better when I only heard that riff on that website.

i kinda like it, the chord progression is really annoying...could of done something a little bit more creative.

I support this song and what it stands for.

Definitly one of the better tracks on stand up.

I enjoy playing it. I actually think the guitar sounds like poo poo on the CD.
