Help with Early Dmb Shows and Locations

Unread post by dmfollower » Tue Jun 07, 2005 8:40 pm

Well, last week my computer took a big ol' crap and i lost a shit-load of stuff. Among that shit-load was my list of dmb shows that i own, so now i'm going to re-type the whole thing. Now that i've pulled out the cd's i've notice that i have two shows that are labelled wrong. If anyone can help me out with these shows and where they took place and when i would really appreciate it.

First disc is labelled : dmb1991.00.00
Tracks: 1. Mothers Night(?)-lyrics start out "people killing people"
2. Recently
3. Warehouse
4. BOWA(sounds like sombodies saying "shhh" in intro)
5. IBYU
6. STJL
7. STJL
8. Trippin' Billies(Nature)
9. Recently
10. Minarets
11. Ants Marching(dave solo)
12. Nancies(dave solo)
13. People people
14. Two Step
15. IBYU
16. Redemtion Song(dave solo)

Second Disc is labelled: dm1990.10-Trax
Tracks: 1. Dave's inroduced and admits to be fucking drunk)
2. #41(dave solo-plays it for fentons b-day)
3. Little Thing(story about Italy, not New York)
4. Recently
5. Captain(early demo)

I've checked the almanac and the earliest show that i have that is labelled correctly is 11.27.91 at Trax, so i'm missing 5 shows according to them but i'm wondering if some of those  tracks are some of those shows.
If anyone has those early shows and wants to help me out with the track titles, dates and venue i'd really appreciate. This is going to take me so long to re-type this bloody list. Oh well, practice makes perfect right?
Thanks again.

The second show is from the Jewish mother in Va Beach. The night before he played the ampitheatre.

Hey thank you sir, i thought that show sounded a little too new to be that old.

Ok, i've only started and now i've got another question. Does anyone know where the Rutabega Studios is? Mine is labelled 1.5.92 but the almanac doesn't have it dated as that and i don't know where its at either(city/state) ??

I've been re-typing my collection over two hours now and i'm just cracking the 97' tour
I can type pretty fast too! The date, the venue and the location. Its looking very similar to ants or the almanac at this point. But this time i'm using spreadsheet cause it easier to insert new old shows that i get.
I'll be saving this list to a disk when i'm done

Ahhh, i'm done. The only thing left i have to do with my shows is get some(like 1350) jewel cases to individually case each show. They are mostly 2 discs each, some are three and a few are one disc, dave solo and farmaid stuff.

One more question, since i lost all my shit on my computer, does anyone know the address to the bt.etree sight? I know about etree.com but i can't seem to find the particular part of the sight where you can type a bands name(dmb?) and it gives you a list of the torrents. I know its a dumb question and i know that its probably just and additional /bt or something like that but i'm fuking tired. Anyone know?
