The 'Dave gets into a fight and leaves' is from a show at the Georgia Theatre in Athens, GA. I've got the show on disc if anyone wants it. It's actually a great show after Dave comes back out. I think someone yelled 'faggot' at him a few times from the crowd so he got pissed.

LWS disc 2 has some early rough cuts of the LWS songs.
