not that it's that big of a deal but, I just noticed that the American Baby single can be purchased on iTunes...
I thought that DMB had some type of agreement with Napster?

They didn't have an agreement with Napster, they just wouldn't sell albums on iTunes because they said that on iTunes you can buy tracks on an album individually, and they only wanted people to be able to purchase albums as a whole - however, this was completely wrong, as the record company can specify that the tracks be "album only", which would do exactly what they wanted. Looks like they figured this out and will be selling on itunes now. Good.
