Heh. I feel bad.

I'm rebuying all except Some Devil and The Gorge.

I've already re-purchased BTCS, Crash, and... that's it so far. I used to keep them in a zippy case, now I'm keeping all CDs in original cases. Not as many scratches that way. I have about 200 CDs, so uh... Dave/Jeff Buckley come first.

i own every release the band has ever put out. the only stuff i didnt' pay for was live shows from around the net. i know the band is fucking rich and all but as a fan it is definetly mandatory that we all purchase their releases, i think. if you used to own the cd and it was stolen or you broke it or something i would share the files with you. ofcourse, you could aways just visit your ol' pal bazaa
what do you want them for anyways?

My opinion only, but if it is a commercial release and you owned it...but it got lost, stolen or broken/damaged then you are out of luck and need to buy it again. The band shares enough of their stuff for free. Getting their commercially released stuff off of kazza or other illegal methods is just wrong and a slap in the bands face.
I mean really, how many other bands will send one of their representatives to the front gate of a concert venue to convince security to let in a fan that has been stopped from entering because they have recording gear....and the band has to do this at almost every concert.
You're only as strong as the tables you dance on.

I don't think you are supposed to post requests for copywritten music on the boards.

or maybe he is being selfish since, well, he wants us to send him music so he doesn't have to pay for it.

if ive already bought a cd i and then lose or break it I have no remorse obtaining those songs in any way. As far as i'm concerned, ive bought the right to listen to those songs and i'm not going to pay twice for the same cd.
