Meet and Greet?

anybody here met the band? I almost did but they moved the date of the meet and greet. i think if i knew i was about to meet them i probably cant explain how nervious i would be.

I've met Tim. T'was kewl, and he signed my favorite leather strap. Met fluffy too, I had him sign Nomadic Wavelength, since he designed the cover. Fluffy is a huge biker dude, kind of an oxymoron there.

How do you get to do the meet and great? Does Dave do this for every show?

I too have met timmy. Its funny how when you admire someone soo much they become some sort of an abstract thing of greatness. Then, when you meet them and you realize that there just like you or i only they've taken advantage of certain opportunities in there lives and became famous. I met pearl jam too and their just a bunch of normal guys, really normal actually. Billy Corgan of S.P. is an abstract thing of greatness though :P

Yeah, they're just dudes who play music and were in the right place at the right time.

I hope that to these peformers it is a breath of fresh air to meet fans that aren't obssessive nut jobs.

i waited for the band to arrive at the entrance of one of the concerts i went to..so i saw dave and carter pull up in their own tour buses...so i was basically 4 feet from them with a window in between...they were waving and smiling...that is as close as i've gotten

I met Carter and his wife at bloomingdales in chicago in 2000 a few days after i saw Dave for the first time.
