Tips on how to sing better?

Have to hear something first.
If I had to make a dry suggestion, I'd say make sure the song is in your key.

Practice, practice and more practice.

Your voice IS an instrument too. It won't sound very good if you don't use it and know your limitations.

Properly warming up is crucial too.

A few lessons never hurt as you can find out your range.
