Hidden song at the end of BTCS

Anybody ever heard the little secret song at the end of BTCS its no big deal but i was just in my car listening the other day and i didnt change the song after Spoon. After about a minute another song started playing, I was surprised so I figured I'd say something, maybe get a tab up for it?

I believe that it is the outro to The Last Stop. It's already tabbed on the website.
