So you have to throw away one of the discs of the Live at Luther College album... What do you choose?

I voted for suicide.

L@LC is my favorite Dave album. There's no way I could throw one of the discs away.

It's definitely a great one. You think there'll be another, maybe from this upcoming tour?

There was some speculation about that earlier, in one of the D&T tour threads. I'm not sure if there will be or not.

I certainly hope so, as I think Tim can add a lot to some of Dave's more recent music.

Grey Street would be very interesting with the two of them, and I am anxious to hear a new version of Busted Stuff

I chose the 2nd disk. As much as I like it, I wouldn't slit my wrist to save it :) I'd just download them and burn them on to another c.d.
good, and you?

i doubt theyll play busted stuff together on this tour coming because the tuning is so different and they usually dont change their guitars much on dave and tim tours

they didn't have to change guitars when they toured before because there were no songs in Bartione tuning or fucked up tuning like for Busted Stuff and You Never Know. They're most likely to be a couple of guitars sitting close by to Dave on this tour.
good, and you?

Random movie quote to make you seem hip and "with it": I'm thinking about getting metal legs. It's a risky operation, but it'll be worth it.

grey street is the best song theyve come out with in a long time, it kinda upset me that they didnt bother to put it on folsom field.. all their stuff is better live :(

I'm really excited to hear which new songs they play. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they don't play a lot of Everyday songs. I don't think they will, for some reason I don't think that album translates well into just 2 guitars. I really just want them to keep it old school...

And the Radio City show seems like it might be a good candidate for a live CD, that's the first thing I thought of when I saw they were stopping there. Hopefully Warehouse will let me go to that.

By the way, I voted to keep the second disc because of Warehouse, Ants, and Say Goodbye.

im sure there has been a time when they have changed guitars, like at the 3/14/99 show, im almost positive dave switched to a 12-string for John the Revelator, and he probably did it when tim played his solo right before that...i could be wrong though
