I know. When I saw "first release in four years" it took me a second.

I really hope this album doesn't suck.

they should leak shit like they did for Busted Stuff. Listening to Lillywhite got my pumped for BS. That way, if it sucks then I no care

I'd be really happy with a Busted Stuff quality release. Nothing special, but solid.

I'm not sure how the timing worked out with finishing the album, but it'll be interesting to see how LeRoi's death affected the songs, if at all.

i wonder if the picture of the band without leroi in indicative that he won't be on the album. surely if he's on the album they still put a picture with all of them up, no? Unless the pic is purely promoting the tour...

Eh. I'm sure he'll be on the album, unless they wrote all the songs for it between now and when the summer tour ended. I don't think the picture has any correlation with who's on the album and who isn't.

why didn't they road test any of the songs? i'm assuming since they have a release date the songs are more or less done...

Owns your face? I mean, it's a very good, solid album. I'm a HUGE fan of Bartender. Raven, Captain, Grey Street, and GIG are good. YNK and Big Eyed Fish are sweet as well, but the album on the whole just doesn't compare with Crash, UTTAD, BTCS. Although I'm really hoping this release is going to be on par with Busted Stuff. I just want it to be "listenable".

I think the album will suck partially because they re-hired that mark batson guy... it's his fault stand up sucked

but hey, if they recorded more complex and dark songs like shotgun and a dream so real, I could actually compare the album to these crowded streets... That is, if batson didn't fuck up those two songs as well
