They pull a Grateful Dead style thing, playing one song, then into another, then into another, then coming back and finishing the first song. It's a very sweet show, as you can obvisouly tell, especially with Popper on WWYS.

This is a great, great show. Everyone should check it out!

i still think the best shows out there are the earlier parts of the '97 dave and tim tour- 2/18 and 2/20 especially

I hate all other full band versions of Two Step because of the drumming. I think it is cheesy and overpowers the mystical and thought provoking nature of the song. The studio version especially, and despite the lousy drumming and cruddy singing I can deal with the Red Rocks version because and only because of the timmy solo. But in the LS, not only is the drumming more low key and the singing much better quality, but the song as a whole is finally played the way it was meant to be played, with butch's pian saturating, but not overpowering the song. I get chills up my spine when I hear the way the piano is played during the chorus. I love that version and that whole show, even though it got mediocre reviews.

Now, obviously, me being a drummer would make be byass. Though, at the same time Im a guitarist which I bleive balances it out. Now, I love all versions of Two Step. The only reason I like others better then others, is because of the feeling I get when I listen to it. Personally, I think Carter is the most talented musician in the band, including timmy. This doesnt give permission for him too walk all over the band. Absolutly not. I like the CD version least just because of the sound. I think Carter is just fine and dandy and he should keep it up.
