I hope it sucks just so we can all make fun of it and laugh together. And then dmbtabs would be shut down.

Why would you want that? The reason why BTCS is great is because there isnt anything like it. If the band goes into a studio and makes that same album, different songs, but same set up and feel...kind of takes away from both albums in my opinion. I want them to do something different, and I want them to be confident in what they are doing also. I think if they do both, a good album will be produced.

I dont want the band just to make an album that is like what they have already made, that doenst show growth.

I think what he meant is that he wants it to be as good as BTCS. Which i would have absolutely no problem with.

Quarantined inspiration

So I'm sitting here at LAX waiting to board my flight for NYC. I am going to visit my son who lives in Woodstock NY with his mother. Starting this week is his winter week break so in the tradition of the spirit of winter I will be taking him to Okemo Mt in VT for a week of snowboarding. We have not been snowboarding together yet this season. I usually would bring him to my house in CA or VA to enjoy his breaks with my wonderful family who he unfortunately does not get to experience as much as he should but this time I've decided to go on a father-son excursion. He just turned 9 this Jan. 9th, I can't believe how fast children grow up.

Last week my 2 year old became very ill with what seemed to be bronchitis. She was so sick that Valentine's day was spent at the doctors and the day after in the ER. She had a bad case of a viral bronchitis. Nothing stabs the heart strings then watching your little girl laying in a room at the ER getting poked and pricked and x-rayed. Yesterday she started to feel better, and then my wife and 7 month old started to get sick with the same symptoms. So we have been a bit of a quarantined house for the last week. NO FUN! But I felt such a great weight lift as my little girl who could hardly do anything but lay on her side and moan finally started feeling better, pushing Elmo around in her stroller with Thomas the train in tow.

So I realize people are dying for news about the album and tour dates and all that good stuff. In due time my friends. At the moment, I am busy working on writing new songs for the future. I have about 50 or so ideas that are just ready and waiting to be made into something bigger. I am practicing my bass and working on my music studies. I am meeting people that might become possible collaborators in the future, and I am working on upgrading IZSTYLE.com and expanding the izstyle experience. I don't stop, even when I have some down time. I am looking for that next Dreaming Tree, that next Last Stop, that next 41. I do things to inspire me, and then I make music, as I live, I am becoming inspired, as I parent, I am inspired……..I would go on but……
