He was actually talking about playing the 10 or so other songs they wrote in the studio, so who knows if they will keep it or the others from last tour around.KahnTheRevelator wrote:I doubt it. Great song though. I'm sure it'll stick around. I mean, BT said so.Nitro1515 wrote:I hope they keep it alive this summer. It was my favorite of the 5 new songs last tour. Hopefully one day we get a studio cut of it.onid41 wrote:I mean are they done playing this song? i sure hope not
Some of the good reviews thatt I've been getting is from non-DMB fans/DMB haters. Most of my friends despised DMB until I let them listen to the new album. They're falling in love with Dream Girl and Hunger. And the whole album at that.
And these are the kids that hated me for "only" listening to DMB. Now they're like, do you have any other CD's by them? My friend Andy listens to Primus and stuff like that and he's really feeling BTCS and BS after being broke in with SU.
The arguement? DMB managed to pull new listeners in and is willing to wait for old ones to fall in love with SU too.
I've like SU since I first put it in. Stand Up, LB, and SAWG had to grow on me, but I don't skip any tracks because like Check was saying, they're awesome.

my bet is they were reluctant. been reading some stuff about DualDisc....apparently has a max of 60 minutes of music instead of 80. (stand up has 56:24)
so maybe concerns about it not fitting? no matter the reasontho, it sucks/

"Forget about what you are escaping from," he said, quoting an old maxim of Kornblum's. "Reserve your anxiety for what you are escaping to."

Yeah I heard that as well, they should have just gotten rid of Smooth Rider and then it would have fit.Jay wrote:my bet is they were reluctant. been reading some stuff about DualDisc....apparently has a max of 60 minutes of music instead of 80. (stand up has 56:24)

don't kid yourself and don't fool yourself
this love's too good to last and i'm too old to dream

this life's too good to last and i'm too young to care
