Roi's solo on Seek Up from Red Rocks 95 is nothing short of brilliant.

I have this version of You Never Know from Chicago, I'm not sure what the year is or anything, I just know it's in astounding quality (CD surely) and it's in Chicago cause Dave says after the song how it's their last stop on tour or something?

Anyway, this performance of the song gives me chills. The song is great in general, but Dave's voice... the instrumentals...

I mean holy shit, I basically rediscovered tonight why I love this band so much and how I got into them in the first place :)

I know he says that at the beginning of the 12.19.98 show (Live in Chicago double CD) right before The Last Stop...but I don't know when your You Never Know could be from.

yea. If it ends up being from a actual release, moderators plz feel free to edit this post. I don't know if it is though because Live at Chicago doens't have a You Never Know on it...

Also, in a bizzare occurence... The end part where he addresses the crowd is gone....? I dont know if the file got corrupted but now it's just the audience cheering afterwords and it cuts out....

Really weird.. Or it might have never been there and I could just be hallucinating.

All I know is it's not from summer 05 because he can't hit the falsetto very well in that version... And he nails it in this version.

Anyway, here you are bassman and everyone else interested:

EDIT: I think the part about him talking about Chicago was just a shuffling of songs on iTunes and I didn't recognize it changed songs when i listened to it. So This version could be from anywhere I guess. See what you guys think.

thanks for the up. Found the date. It's actually from 7/9/03, Minneapolis, not Chicago. The audio matches the audio on the Central Park bonus disk to a T.
