Hmmm, definitly weird...at leats kinda different but hey....its funky. I can see how its not being taken too well....but personally, I dig it.

And I like the reoccuring Tower of Power quotes by the band. Like on ASTB, JTR, and the end of this song. Very nice.

i like this song, but i think a distorted electric guitar doing butch's parts would make the song sound much better

i like it, its funky, could be opened up for some jams latter. The whole butch thing was just to do with the mix on the night, they probably didn't intend it.

Butch needs to be turned down for sure and go back to mirroring Dave because whenever he becomes prominent in songs it reminds me of SU, and in this song he is making it sound like a more aggressive version of Smooth Rider. And as for Dave he needs to burn that electric guitar because it reminds me of ED. I would love to punch Ballard in the balls for introducing him to that thing. All that said the song is decent and yes it is better than anything on SU. However, what isn't? I'm kinda concerned we all have such low standards for this band now that a song that is average at best is getting blown out of proportion.

I do have really high standards for this band. Why do you think I'm criticizing the shit out of this song.
