Yes, because it s definite fact when someone sells out. Not an opinion at all...Nitro1515 wrote:You guys can rip on me all you want but I really don't see how anybody can refute the fact that they sold out when they made ED.

Same here, I love everyday. Its in my car as we speak. Just because they cut the music short and "rushed" it doesnt make it selling out. Take Axis:Bold as Love for example. I think the longest song there is Bold as Love and a whopping 4 minutes and 11 seconds....oh yea, and I think they put themselves on the cover. Jimi sold out. Fuck that shit.....bitch.Coldchillin23222 wrote:I like most of the songs on Everyday a lot.

What the fuck? Anyone who thinks DMB didn't sell out even the smallest bit with ED is a fucktard.
On the other hand, who gives a fuck!? By the music "dying" aren't we talking about people who actually do suck? (Britney Spears? Simple Plan, Ashlee Simpson, Etc?) At least the DMB is still a group of musicians

selling out is when a band does something that they dont want to do for: money, popularitie, for the record companys and such.
ED was strategizing i agree but just so they could get played on the radio and such, and they did hire a pop producer but still, i dont think they where selling out, and stand up was bad but that isn't at all selling out, becuase what they made is what they wanted to make.
