I think Central Park was the best concert I have ever heard. I have the DVD and it blows me away.
DMB at CP vs. Roseland was like DMB vs. a cover band in terms of energy. I shit you not.
Best Dave live album

Live In Chicago is the most electric DMB performance to be released, in my opinion. Nothing beats an official live recording of SMTS > ASTB > Too Much. Plus a #41 with Mr. Victor Wooten on the bass (more like God on the amazing). Throw in a Last Stop opener, and you have the most exciting DMB show.
But. I don't think it's the best. Nor do I think Central Park is the best, because I find Central Park to be very bland, no surprises, minus Warren Haynes (the ugliest man alive, but a killer guitar player) on a few tunes. It's just loooong and there were a lot of people there.
Red Rocks would get my vote, because it's probably my second favorite behind Chicago. But there is the one that is always over looked....
Listener Supported is the best DMB live album. For one reason: it was an ordinary show. There were no fireworks, it wasn't three hours long, it wasn't released long after it happened, Bela Fleck and The Flecktones didn't fall out of the ceiling..etc. Some might say that it was boring, but I think it's the best because it shows you exactly what you'll get if you go see Dave Matthews Band. It's a solid show, full of great tunes. It's not my favorite, I prefer Chicago and Red Rocks, but this isn't about me (thank goodness). Still I think it's the best overall album.
