Anyone else get a kind of Watchtower feel/groove in there? Much better song than the clip leads on at any rate.
I didn't think there was a clip for HFTGL.

IM completely opposite of you. I think that is the worst song on the album. (the last one, right?)

What are you talking about?

This album still sounds a lot like old Dave it just is more produced. His style is definatly there. So how can you not like it if it is just like the others?

I admit Stand Up is a little messed up but the rest are pretty good.

I think people complain just for the sake of complaining then sit there and listen to it non-stop..I will admit, I don't like the more produced feel this album has, but it's still a solid album. I knew from the first time I heard "everybody wake up" in the very first video they put up that i was gonna like it though.

Yeah, sorry. Not a clip per se, but Stefan was playing that guitar riff in one of the videos. I guess I meant video clip.

Right. I thought of that just after I posted, but was too lazy to edit or anything. :D

after my first listen through on vh1.com i thought it was a complete dissapointment. It has grown on me significantly, but even the songs that i like are far too repetitive. i love louisiana bayou, which willl be spectacular live, but it is way to repetitive along with stand up (for it). I think it's a little too different for my liking. Hello again, sugar will, joy ride, and good good time are very traditional dmb songs that i love, but only one is on there. The songs are a little overproduced in my opinion, even compared to everyday. too much echo fx and too much electric drum beats. its definately growing on me, but right now i dont think its any better than everyday.

I dont understand why everyone hates everyday. I see no difference there than in Crash or UTTAD.

Listen to it. The style didnt change at all. He added an electric guitar and thats pretty much the only difference.

You obviously arent a very big fan or you have no concept of music if you dont see the difference between UTTAD and Everyday.

Dude, lyrics are MUCH different, hell Dave didnt even write all of them. They (meaning Glen and Dave) wrote the lyrics on the spot. Its big time over produced. I cant believe you think that UTTAD and Crash are the same, just with an electric guitar.

I like Everyday, its just my least favorite. I listen to it all the time........
