This way when I plug into an amp and hook up a mic and blair the music from a stereo, if you get it right it sounds like just me playing and singing dave's parts with the band backing me. Real fucking awesome but I never realized how much you really have to concentrate to sing and play and keep a steady beat with the band. Obviously doable, but takes a lot of concentration. They make it look so effortless.

Only thing that sucks is intros that's just dave's guitar part and him singing, such as So Much to Say, I gotta wait til the band comes in to start, because his parts are cut out. Anyway, if you can find someone who can do it, and don't ask me how he does it because I know NOTHING about recording and editing and stuff like that, but if you can find somebody who can do it, it's really fun to play along with. Makes you feel like you're in concert with the rest of the band.
I have been dieing to have that done except with the drums taken out so I could jam along. Especially Two Step. It's hard to improv along with it with another durm track in your ear.

I agree, IOY is a good song. And overall I like Break Free because of that deep riff and the jam is so darn cool, but the lyrics stink like a turd.

 I do not like Break Free at all, the riff sucks along with the lyrics and Boyd's mandolin makes my ears bleed. I'm definitely with you on IOY though, good song.

Thats the great thing about Dave tunes, coz i really love break free. I think its a great little tune, lyrically not the best, but very easy listen too, overall just a very enjoyable song.

there's a whole shit load of them on the Stand Up dual disk. The DVD has a whole bunch of them. And there was a video of the making of the album, the process and everything with interviews.
