I swear, we really don't get the drunken fratboy crowd out west. Maybe some teenyboppers, but it's not too bad. Than again, I think frats and frat culture are a lot bigger out there too. You east coast/midwest people always have shitty concert stories.

My dad becomes bitter when he has a few beers. Me and him don't get a long too well, actualy. I get so pissed at him sometimes. He's a good guy, though, and has helped me in many ways, and I love him for that. But, we just get into some fights sometimes.

Dude, getting fucked up before a concert sucks. I got high at the NERD concert (flame away, but I like them) and I couldn't enjoy it cuz I was too busy staring at the lights and shit.

I don't know about you all but I'm one of the people getting tanked at DMB shows. It's a great way to enjoy the show. You party in the fields all day and then get to see a great concert at night.

Best way to do it. I love slightly drunken extremly stoned dancing to awsome music.

yeah, those are the people who run into me, scream in my ear, spill beer on me, cause havock in the parking lot later with smashing bottles and buring trash cans, and just pissing me off. No offense, but I hate being around drugged up people when I am at a show. It ruins it for me!

My dad? cool about everything? not likely. He gets pissed at the people at work, keeps all of his anger inside from, and somewhat lets it out on me and my mom at night. He doesn't get his way, he gets pissed and mopey, and storms off. He never goes anywhere, unless it's work, menards, or ham radio festivals. I know he would never hurt me, or my mom, but he has hit the wall. He never swears at us, but just says something like, "god damn it!" and storm downstairs to his desk. He lives in the basement with his desk and stereo system, working on things, radios, amps, transmiters, this and that. Me and him argue a lot. We see things completely differently in the world, and makes it hard for us to agree. He's a good guy, I just wish he would see a counsiler to help him learn how to deal with all his anger.
