**www.jasonpevear.com** Shutting down
I would like to thank Andrew [acusticdude] for his contribution to my site. His contribution alone will cover 90% of my current expenses associated with the site. I would just like to publicly thank him for his kind donation and anybody who uses my site should thank him as well. Andrew and Carson have been extremely generous during the Holiday season, which isn't the best time to be donating money, but they did and Im extremely thankful for it.
So please, if you do use my site, thank these two kind souls for keeping the site alive and allowing me to upload more video for ya'll.
Jason

sorry it couldnt be any more right now. im a student and my moneys going quick.
just a thought, if you put one of those bar graph things on the sight saying this is how much it costs, this is what has been donated, it might encourage more people to add to it and lets us know when costs are covered,,,,,,, , if 100 people sent just 8 bucks it would be well on the way im sure........ and maby put a big ass note saying "download, dont stream", that kills bandwith
i think every one who uses jasons site should send a little, he spend enough time and effort to help fellow fans without spending $800+
Gervais on Rosa Parks "she was arrested but then that law was changed- but she didnt stop there, she started sitting in the seats saved for disabled people. unbelavable, she talked to the driver when the bus was in motion- did she have the correct change ready? - did she bollox!"
Thanks Paul, I have been considering putting up a cost per day sign, but that kind of takes away from the whole DMB mentality. I was really hesitant of incorporating Paypal into my site as I feel bad about doing it.paulaitchison wrote:jellyfish wrote:Thanks Paul!! for your donation!!!!!!

Anyway Paul, the reality of it is, most people are leechers and couldn't give a shit about my costs. All they care about is getting their download. Hell, if these people can't even stop in the guestbook to say hi or thanks, I dont expect them to donate money if they can't donate 10 seconds of their time. But, that's not something I did expect and honestly they aren't obligated to do anything. Some people are takers, some givers. That's life!
Thanks again for your donation.

Yep. Look in the better than Yoshoi's thread. It took me over an hour to upload all of those tracks and 2 people said thanks. And Im sure more than 2 people downloaded the tracks. People are just ungrateful fucks sometimes.paulaitchison wrote:well saidjellyfish wrote:Thanks Paul, I have been considering putting up a cost per day sign, but that kind of takes away from the whole DMB mentality. I find it to be most of the time myself! When you do nice things for people you get taken advantage of. I try to take care of people who take care of others and I try to screw over people who are rude and selfish. Call it vengeful or whatever, It is poetic justice in my book! I for one appreciate all that you have done for the community. I tried to reflect that in my donation to your site. Seriously, i will always do whatever I can to help keep your site running.

We think alike!
I dont think it's vengeful, it's what they deserve. It's a form of controlled Karma.
Thanks again for your donation and your words!!
BTW, did you enjoy the show?

ha ha, i started writing you a pm, and a customer came into my office to shoot the shit. I loved that show! Dave is hilarious and the songs are so good solo. I noticed a lot of subtleties in daves chord structures that I never noticed before. Such a great piece of entertainment and knowledge in one package. I'm sure my dad will love it too. He has to wait another week or so though! Thanks again dude.jellyfish wrote:acusticdude wrote:I find it to be most of the time myself! When you do nice things for people you get taken advantage of.
