When/where was #40 performed off of disc 5 of the bitter blue disc compilation? I absolutely love that performance.

Never heard of this Bitter Blue compilation, but I'm going to guess it's from the 05/10/95 Yoshi's performance. It's pretty much the definitive version and is always included in compilations.
