Really really like it at first listen. Reminds me of Hello Again, it has that same kind of feel to it. The only thing that bothered me was that little descending chromatic thing that they play like two times through. That didn't seem to fit at all. I can't wait to see how this song evolves though, and I didn't think I'd find myself saying that when news of the new tune was spread.

Reminds me of "Man of Constant Sorrow". The verses are similar in music and delivery of the lyrics.

It seems that Dave (&Tim) is really into that descending chromatic stuff lately. It's been on the last three songs they've written (excluding the Gravedigger intro thing)
Eh Hee (@ Radio City - Tim's riff towards the end)
Cornbread (the break that was mentioned)

There's no explanation yet as to why it's called #27. It's a brand new song that hasn't been played before or written years ago, as Seek Up was the 27th song Dave wrote. He might just like the name 27 for some reason.
