if you are at the main page of dmbtabs.com, on the bottom of the page it says copyright 2002-2006. i was just wondering. i've been using this site for about 2 years now, and besides by own music i play a lot of daves' stuff. and no i am not a bot or any of that stuff thanks for the replies & comments tho. and i think that more of his recent music should be posted as well. (i.e. american baby, louisiana bayou, etc.)

they have been, they're just not approved for the actual site.

what would be really cool, but have no idea the possibilities, is if members of the site were able to cover dmb tunes and then market it and sell it as a dmbtabs.com tribute to dmb, and take like the profits that aren't taken out for disribution and put towards the site. but that would mean getting the aproval to play the songs and a lable wouldn't it?

No, you don't need approval to release covers for profit, you simply need to pay mechanical licensing fees.
